Chairman Wang Guizhi (hereinafter referred to as “Wang”): Baohui was established in Hong Kong in 1979. At that time, he was mainly engaged in the processing of lighting products and relied on Hong Kong as a platform for foreign trade. In 1984, he began to enter the mainland market and became the first professional lighting manufacturer to establish a factory in Guangdong. We chose to invest in the mainland to build factories because we saw: First of all, the mainland is a big market. With the deep implementation of the reform and opening up policy, China’s economy has developed rapidly, various projects are in full swing, and the market demand for lighting products. Secondly, at that time, the mainland was in its infancy in the field of lighting manufacturing. The products were relatively simple and the supporting facilities were not complete. Many lighting configurations needed to be imported from Hong Kong, Taiwan and even abroad. Finally, mainland China has abundant human resources and natural resources. And the cost is relatively low. Comprehensive investigation, we believe that there is a lot of room for development in setting up factories in the mainland. Today, practice has proved that our original decision was correct. As for the selection of crystal lamps, this is the choice that Baohui has made according to the changes in market demand, combined with its own positioning and strength.

Wang: Baohui has fully integrated resources, constantly keeps pace with the times, and innovates and develops, and has achieved today's achievements. Wang: Baohui can become a strategic partner of Swarovski. This is because Baohui has a leading position in the high-end field of crystal lamps after years of quality accumulation and steady development, and has strong capabilities in product quality and product development. The home market has an important position in the field of engineering and export. In addition, Baohui has also had good interaction with Swarovski. Based on this, Baohui took the Swarovski crystal pendant in 2005 and opened up the international strategy of “going global”. In 2006, Baohui and Swarovski teamed up to create the top crystal lamp brand “Olenis” in China, and through the VI integration of “Olenis” and “Baohui” brands, in the form of franchise in the country.
