Once, some customers called to say that the lamps they bought were broken and required warranty. After Yu Gaofeng came to the door, he found that it was damaged during transportation. Even so, Yu Gaofeng gave the customer a new lamp without saying anything. Once he inadvertently saw a hotel being renovated, where the lighting was judged by his professional eyes and was inconsistent with the overall grade and style of the hotel.
