Daqing City Government Purchasing Center of Heilongjiang Province purchases LEDs and projectors from Daqing Oilfield Education Center. The procurement method is competitive negotiation. Domestic suppliers with the ability to participate are welcome to register.

IV. Supplier Qualification Requirements: In addition to complying with the relevant conditions of the “People's Republic of China Government Procurement Law†regarding the supplier's application for government procurement qualifications, the following requirements shall also be met:

Note: This project does not accept consortium participation in competition.
