I. Overview

The system is a three-level station structure: the upper station provides remote measurement services, oil production analysis, network and data management for each element in the global scope; the relay station is responsible for data upload and release; The ground floor RTU implements the on-site data acquisition and control process and provides emergency response services. The system realizes online measurement of dynamometer diagram, current diagram, pressure and temperature, and realizes automatic oiling. The system is fully designed for the automation of oil field production, with a rational structure, strong scalability, and a high performance-to-price ratio.

The central control room is a superior station. The higher level station completes the registration of all relay stations and remote terminal equipments, parameterization of oil and water well terminals and automatic metering under the jurisdiction of the metering stations, collection, management, storage, analysis and diagnosis of various types of monitoring and control information at the site, real-time control and monitoring of the underlying remote terminal.
The relay station is the middle layer of the system. It is a sub-station on the local area network, the next is the main station of the Ethernet Industrial Control Network, complete the upload and release of orders, data collection and upload, the bottom layer of the terminal inspection and the middle layer of data preservation.
The RTU of pumping unit intelligent terminals, water injection terminals, and automatic metering terminals is the lowest level of the system. It completes on-line access, emergency processing, data transmission, and status feedback of well headhole dynamic data; online admission and fault alarm of injection well data; measurement Automatic data entry, emergency processing, and timely alarms. They can work independently, but can also accept the upper-level monitoring and control commands, and relay stations to form industrial Ethernet.

Third, the upper computer monitoring software


"Century Star Configuration Software" is an intelligent man-machine interface (MMI) software system developed on a PC. It uses Windows 98/2000/NT/XP Chinese as its operating system, full Chinese language interface, and makes full use of Windows. The various convenient features.
