First, the time and place of the meeting:
The registration time for the meeting is October 12, 2007. The official meeting time is two days. From October 13 to 14, the night of the 14th can be left.
The meeting place is Hangzhou. The hotel and venue is Hangzhou Wanhao Wanjia Business Hotel, located at No. 766 Moganshan Road, Hangzhou (next to Hangzhou North Bus Station).
Second, the main content of the meeting:
(1) Communicate and learn relevant documents of the China Lighting Society.
(2) Summarize the work in the first three quarters and arrange the work in the fourth quarter.
(3) Thematic research discusses several important issues:
1. Preparation and training of neon vocational skills appraisal station;
2. Prepare for the re-election of the neon technical professional committee;
3. Analysis of the status quo of industry development under the new situation and work strategies;
4. The topic of the new technology exchange seminar during the 5th Guangzhou International Neon Light Show in Mingchun.
(4) Exploring the development direction of new light sources such as LED and cold cathode, Pinlongjing, Guihua, and Youxi Lake.
Third, several specific requirements:
1. The registration time of the deputy director of the special committee and the office of the director (expansion) will be before 10:00 am on October 12. Other participants must report before 4 pm on the 12th.
2. Please participate in the investigation and research on several topics of the special research, and put forward constructive opinions or suggestions based on the industry construction and work practice of the unit in the region. If the material is to be distributed at the meeting, the written materials or CD-ROM may be mailed to the Secretariat by September 30 and reproduced by the Secretariat. All participants are welcome to contribute ideas and suggestions for the development of the industry.
3. Meeting expenses: 1,200 yuan/person for the formal participants; including two-day room and board, conference and conference materials, and the meeting attendant is 1,000 yuan/person, including two-day accommodation.
