Recently, foreign media released a set of design sketches for a new Alpine SUV, which is believed to be an early preview of the upcoming model. This compact SUV will be built on the same platform as the GLA and is expected to officially launch in 2019. The interior design is futuristic, featuring a sporty steering wheel with large shift paddles, a floating frameless LCD screen, and crystal-style shift buttons—features that even make the Porsche Macan look slightly outdated.

The exterior design still follows Alpine’s signature style, with distinctive split headlights that serve as a classic emblem of the brand. The tail lights are designed similarly to those seen on Renault’s latest models, giving the car a modern and sporty appearance that challenges the Porsche Macan in terms of visual appeal.

In terms of performance, the new Alpine SUV is expected to come equipped with a 1.8L turbocharged four-cylinder engine. According to previous reports, the 0-100 km/h acceleration time could be under 4.5 seconds, making it one of the most powerful models in its class.
