This suddenly realized that this setting means that the wifi key encoding is automatically updated every 1 hour. When the key is updated, the secret box will be disconnected from the network. Attempting to set it to 0 (key encoding remains unchanged), found that the tomato system does not support the "0" setting and had to set "Security Settings" to disabled.
