Guangdong Jingke Electronics Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Jingke Electronics") has recently signed a white LED patent licensing agreement with Toyota Synthetic Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Toyota Synthetic"). As a key member of the BOSE Patent Alliance, Toyota Synthetic holds a strong portfolio of essential patents related to white LED technology. This new licensing deal enables Jingke Electronics to access critical white light patents, paving the way for deeper collaboration with Toyota Synthetic in both intellectual property and business development. The partnership aims to overcome existing patent barriers in the white light sector and support the company’s global expansion in backlighting and lighting solutions.
