What is the quality of a smart speaker?
I remember when I talked about smart speakers last year, everyone sees the wise and sees wisdom, and the opinions are different. Even the heads of some traditional Bluetooth or wireless speaker manufacturers in Guangzhou and Shenzhen believe that it is a smart speaker that can connect to a smart phone via Bluetooth or wifi. I think that the real smart speaker should be based on voice as the main interactive means. With the speaker as the medium, it can open up a lot of content, can listen, speak, understand you, and connect with the service resources. This is the real smart. Smart speaker. Speaker quality. After I got Echo last year, I talked with Shenzhen speaker professionals. They were amazed at their sound quality and hardware quality. Echo, which is more than one hundred US dollars, is a good speaker even if it removes the intelligent component. It has certain comparability compared with the bluetooth speaker of the same price. Our unsuccessful Chinese smart speakers are slightly different from the bluetooth speakers at the same price and are not competitive enough. Therefore, the smart speaker must first make the quality of the speaker itself.
The speaker is smart. The speaker is intelligent, at least able to communicate with people in the natural language of the person, to understand the meaning of the person, and to give the desired content. In the past two years, speech recognition technology has advanced by leaps and bounds, but everyone is well aware of it; but in terms of semantic understanding, it is indeed a challenge. In contrast, Echo has achieved certain usability in the field of providing services in the process of communicating with users. The pioneers of Chinese smart speakers may have good Chinese speech recognition, but the semantic analysis link is weak. The end user's overall experience creates a bottleneck.
