One and a half years later, the old people's audio studio relay launched this (sound) line of clear, sharp outline, transparent sound field, wearing a more comfortable three-unit portable headphones: gray yellow 鹂. This time, we will add notes to the front or back of the bird plug?
The first time I heard the name of Huang Shi Huang, and saw the real thing, it was on the July 23rd Leiyin Audio's Shenzhen Shaoyou event. In front of the booth of the old people's audio studio, the fans of the prototype were surrounded. At that time, because there were too many people, just took pictures and hurriedly left. The second time, in the early August of this year, at the Audiovisual Exhibition in Hong Kong, I saw a prototype in the DMA showroom. Two times are people's lively occasions, so do not go to audition carefully. It was not until August 26 that the official version was actually heard.

The old man's new work, Shi Huangzhuo, continues to use the name of Oriolus, the official version of the earphone. The official version of the headset was first exposed at the 2016 Hong Kong Audiovisual Exhibition. The price was 3,120 Hong Kong dollars, equivalent to about 2,680 RMB, but it was actually listed in China. The price is lower than this, the mainland licensed price is 2380 RMB. Therefore, domestic friends do not need to make a special trip to Hong Kong to buy.

From the architectural point of view, the new portable headset has a three-unit ring iron structure, which is less than a moving iron unit in structure than the previous one. Wear feelings
This is one of the few portable models of portable headphones in my hand, which is the best one for wearing comfort. Why is it good? And look at the following three aspects:
1. The volume of the cavity is moderate, and the shell design is more ergonomic and will not be exposed beyond the pinna.
2. The cavity on the back of the cavity can effectively reduce the compression of the auricular cartilage inside the cavity, and it will not produce discomfort when worn for a long time.

Like the black and yellow enamel, they are ring-iron headphones, so there is a small hole in the front panel of the shell. The sound insulation will be slightly worse than that of the pure-iron model headphones, but compared to many common ears, there are some semi-closed ears. Subjective listening
Before writing this article, both the wingman and the simple audition use the Leto PAW-GOLD as the benchmark front end. The following listening experience is based on the PAW-GOLD sound source.
With the PAW-GOLD machine used for a total of one week, the feeling of gray-yellow gave me a feeling of strong lines, sounds, clear outlines, clear layers, and a portable earphone with a good lateral sound field. However, the vocal knot image is relatively close to the back, not affixed to the surface, and this point is different from the previous black and yellow pimple.
When replaying some of the more stage-conscious music, it can reproduce the open sound field space, and the sense of hearing will be more exciting than black and yellow. When playing vocal recordings, the positioning of the vocal sounds will be slightly rearward, the physical sensation will be smaller than the black and yellow hustle and the female voice will be relatively appropriate. Broadcast pop music, can get a good low-frequency atmosphere, the overall resolution is good, clear and rich details.
Advantages: High resolution, clear lines, bass with dive, strength, and volume. The sound field is transparent and open.
Inadequate: The vocals are a little thin, and the knots are behind, playing bass and mezzo-sopranos, and you need to pay attention to the sound source.

This is a fairly familiar music that is used almost every time a new device is tested. <Batch> is included in the Mandarin album "The Sky" released by Faye Wong in 1994. It is one of my favorite songs in this album. Although it belongs to popular music, but more often, I used to test vocals.
M5 + gray and yellow, listening to this popular female voice, I feel that the sound thickness is acceptable. Faye Wong's transparent, pale, ethereal sound style can be basically expressed, with a tooth tone, but not heavy, the details are very rich. The singer's breathing, breathing, and saliva sounds can all be clearly restored and not deliberately enlarged. The degree of separation between soundtrack and vocal is good. However, the high pitch part is slightly thin, high in sharpness, transparent and penetrating. In the second paragraph, the bass sounded is full, thick, and has a sense of volume. The space created by the whole music is good and the sound field is relaxed. A piece of music came down, sounded transparently, and the instrument's image and contours were clear. The levels were patchy and thin. The problem of mid-frequency thinness was moderately alleviated under the M5's collocation. The deficiency was that the graininess was slightly noticeable, the treble was slightly thin, and the sense of hearing remained Slightly irritating.

This combination, from the perspective of sound resolution, has basically reached the end when compared with equipment of the same price.
The M1 Pro has a medium gain, which has already been able to basically drive the sallow and listen to a neutral equilibrium. Playing this song, the feeling of grizzle is still clear to me. The sound is transparent and high-resolution. The string part is slender and clear, but the treble seems to have not been fully released yet. The sound is a bit tight. It may be that the moving iron unit needs more time. The overall sound is slightly thin, sharp enough, and penetrating. The vocal knot image is slightly behind, the mouth shape is not large, the sense of hearing is slightly thin, the density is high, and the details are rich. When a music comes down, it feels that the high frequency is more scratching. In the low-frequency part, the amount of drums and basses is moderate, and the whole music, music sense and atmosphere are not rich, and the vocal details and outline lines are prominent. The high and low frequencies are not excessive, the treble is transparent, the bass is calm, the sense of space is relaxed, and the stage feels good.

The last piece of music shared was a classical piece. It belongs to the composer Grieg Pilgin in the Norwegian Romantic Period and the first section of the first group song.

Product evaluation
The characteristics of the gray and yellow wolfberry: high resolution, rich details, outstanding lines, full-band transparent, open sound field.
It is not the same as the sound characteristics of the previous black and yellow dragonfly. The black and yellow dragonfly is delicate and exquisite, sounds soft, smooth, and not stimulating, but the outline and the lines are not as prominent as the greyish yellow dragonfly. There are some differences in the style of the two portable headphones. Of course, one thing is for sure, the overall quality of the two headsets is not weak. Just adapt to the music and the front end is slightly different.
