Bao Enzhong told reporters that Bao’an and even Shenzhen’s semiconductor lighting companies are mostly in the middle and lower reaches of the industrial chain. Most of Baoan's enterprises are mainly packaged or supporting products, and their technical content is not high and the competition is fierce. From the perspective of the entire industry, the sales of well-known semiconductor lighting listed companies are mostly on the scale of only a few hundred million yuan, and only a handful of more than one billion yuan is available, and sales of several million, tens of millions of companies are the mainstream. Small businesses spend relatively little on research and development each year, and large companies only cost a few million yuan.

The establishment of alliances can integrate R&D funds of various companies and achieve small investments and large profits through the cooperation of institutions.
