Usage:
The light incubator is fully automated through a microcomputer system with a touch control interface, making it easy to use. It supports programmable multi-segment control, allowing separate settings for temperature, humidity, illuminance, and time during day and night cycles. The device includes air duct ventilation for even temperature distribution and gentle airflow. It features hollow reflective tempered glass for excellent thermal insulation and an attractive design. The fully enclosed opaque lampshade allows for optional studio power supply and disinfection systems.
Operating Instructions:
1. Turn on the power switch to activate the unit. The power indicator should light up.
2. For temperature settings, refer to the digital temperature controller manual.
3. If lighting is needed, turn on the light switch.
4. The incubator has a break-point protection function and a delay of approximately 90 seconds before restarting after the compressor stops.
Maintenance and Training:
1. Ensure the incubator is properly grounded.
2. Place the incubator in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated area, away from heat sources and direct sunlight. Make sure it is placed on a flat surface to avoid noise.
3. To ensure proper heat dissipation, leave at least 100mm clearance between the condenser and the wall, 50mm on the sides, and 300mm at the top.
4. Avoid dropping or shaking the unit during transportation or maintenance. The inclination should not exceed 45 degrees.
5. If the device suddenly stops working, check if the fuse is burned out and verify the power supply.
6. When operating in refrigeration mode, do not allow the temperature difference between the inside and outside of the box to exceed 25°C.
