The SKT118 module surpasses the traditional TV receiving system in terms of sensitivity, anti-jamming capability, image quality and stability. More importantly, the SKT118 module has the advantages of ultra-low power consumption, high integration, ultra-small size and low cost, which breaks the bottleneck of mobile TV applications in handheld electronic devices.
The size of SKT118 analog TV receiving module is only 18.8 × 18.8mm, with simple interface and high sensitivity. In software, this module can provide application software written in standard C, and can be directly embedded as a software component in a variety of portable products such as mobile phones.
The main features of SKT118 analog TV receiving module:
1. Using a highly integrated single-chip design, low power consumption, only 250mW;
2. Fully compatible with PAL / NTSC broadcasting standards, and can listen to FM audio broadcasting;
3. Compatible with domestic VHF1, VHF2 and UHF frequency bands;
4. Receiving broadcast frequency 48MHz ~ 870MHz, can receive broadcasts in different regions of the world;
5. It adopts 25-pin patch-type stamp hole package with a pitch of 1.24mm, which is easy to produce patches and maintenance;
6. CCIR / ITU-601 video output interface, easy to connect with the processor;
7. Analog audio output, simple peripheral circuit;
8. Use I2C interface to control the module;
9. Use dual power supply, + 1.2V and + 2.8V;
Another obvious advantage is that SKYLAB also provides analog TV, CMMB, DTMB, DVB-T and other Pin to Pin modules, only need to select and solder different resistors. By loading different control software, compatibility can be achieved, so that customers can easily replace modules with orders of different needs without re-laying out.

The antenna of the SKT118 TV module receives the RF TV signal, which is selected by the analog switch, input to the TG3100 chip through three different filter networks (VHF1, VHF2, UHF) to demodulate the video and audio, and output the video through the CCIR / ITU601 interface. Generate analog audio through two IO ports. The application processor can configure the TV module through I2C.
SKT118 module can be widely used in mobile phones, PND, PMP, EPC and other fields.
