1. Introduction The main purpose of our company's development of substation simulation training system is to train substation operation personnel so that they can fully understand and master the production operation knowledge and practical operation skills of substations, and improve the ability to correctly and quickly handle substation accidents. Based on the actual needs of transformer operation personnel simulation training, taking into account the characteristics of Shanxi Power Grid and substations, our company will use it as a major project, investing more than 600,000 yuan, using the TS2000 simulation training system developed by Kedong, and initially building an actual combat training room. The training room is now equipped with a simulator simulator and 24 student simulators. Because my company uses 220kV Sudian station and 110kV Xizhuang station, two sets of independent substation simulation systems coexist at the same time. However, the integrated automation substation and conventional substation are very different in the secondary hardware and operation and maintenance environment. For the business training and technical assessment of the operating personnel of different voltage grade substations, it is required to provide a complete series of substation simulation training systems.

According to the requirement of the task book for the development training simulation system of our company, this system is a 220KV station and a 110KV station and connected by a 220KV line. The entire substation training simulation has the following features: First, the popular Win-dowsXP microcomputer network technology is used to enable data sharing among all parts. Therefore, the system operates stably and reliably. The system has a large scale and a wide range of simulations. All of them are appearance and function simulations. The simulation scope includes a 220 Sudian station and a 110kV Xizhuang station, and the two substations are linked by one line. In the programming technology of the model software, the most popular real-world 32-bit VC++6.0 under Windows environment is adopted, and the most popular VB6.0 development under the Windows environment is adopted on the coaches' desk and student's desk, so the interface is popular, friendly, and easy. Operation; Simultaneously added the simulation of the fault recorder, the system software has the function of remote debugging, and the multimedia image has good real-time performance and many screens, which can play the dynamic images of various equipments operated in time.

2. Characteristics of the simulation system 2.1 The authenticity of the simulation environment Since this system is mainly applied to the training of licensed substation personnel in our company, a full-software simulation system is adopted. In order to realize the reality of the simulation system environment, firstly, a 1:1 full set of control and protection hardware model simulation was adopted on the main control room. At the same time, in order to further improve the authenticity, the screens and DC screens used have adopted physical screens that are consistent with the site. Therefore, the control and protection device of this system is a combination of "imitation" and "true" to make the simulation environment more realistic. Another aspect that reflects the reality of the simulation environment is the simulation of the primary device. The primary device of this system adopts a scaled-down simulation model device, and the isolation switch and the circuit breaker can be controlled. Therefore, the operating personnel perform the same task as the site, and must be judged to enter the correct operating interval. This kind of design avoids the limitations of the existing simulation systems that use a flat analog screen operation or the soft operation of a computer interface in one operation.

2.2 Consistency of simulation functions For the simulation of objective things, in order to truly describe the objective characteristics of the object itself is not only important for the modeling of the simulated object itself, but also for the simulation of the environment and function of the thing itself. The simulation system must be forced to be "true". In addition to the external environmental conditions of the simulation, it must also be reflected in its simulation function. Therefore, in the development process, the function of the simulation system is consistent with the scene, including: bottom layer data acquisition and equipment monitoring functions, computer protection functions, computer insulation monitoring functions, simulation objects according to the system protection configuration simulation, and prototype The system is consistent. At the same time, in order to reflect that the substation is an integral part of the power system, the simulation and simulation of the substation's upper-level power grid has enabled the substation operators to understand and understand the role and status of the substation in the entire network system. To make it not only pay attention to the concept of stations, but also to strengthen the awareness of the network, it helps to have a comprehensive understanding of the power system as a whole, and is easy to deal with all kinds of unexpected accidents and anomalies.

3. Realization method and function of simulation system 3.1 Main power station connection line According to the requirements of the task book for the development training simulation system of our company, this system is a 220kV Sudian station and a 110kV Xizhuang station and connected through a 110KV line. The main line of the system adopts the following wiring: 220kV, 110kV side adopts double busbar with bypass (double mother parallel operation); there is a dedicated bus couple, 10kv adopts single bus bar segmentation, the main transformer adopts two sets of capacity of 150mva, with load adjustment Pressure. among them:

110kV system simulation station, 110kV Xizhuang station side uses double busbar parallel operation, set up with dedicated bus coupler, 35kV single bus section, the main transformer uses two sets of capacity of 150MVA, on-load voltage regulation, including: (1) 220kV side Set 2 in and out of the line; (2) 110kV side to set the outgoing line 3 times; (3) 35kV side to set 4 groups of capacitor banks; (4) 35KV side to set up 2 station transformers.

3.2 Configuration of protection (1) 220kV Sudian station protection configuration: Main transformer: No. 1 and No. 2 main transformer microcomputer protection devices are all RCS-978E and PST-1202B transformer protection devices, and the whole protection consists of I and II screens. .

The 220kV lines are protected by several kinds of optical fibers such as LFP-901A, CSL101B, RCS-901A, PSL602, and RCS931A. Parents use LFP-942A microcomputer protection device, RCS-915 RCS-915AB and BP-2B microcomputer protection devices for bus.

The 110kV lines use PSL621C digital protection devices, the parent 180 uses LFP-942A microcomputer protection devices, and the 35kV lines and capacitors use PSL641 and PSC641 digital protection devices. Section 380 uses an RCS-961-2A microcomputer protection device.

3.3 The overall structure of the simulation system The software of this simulation system consists of computer system software, simulation support system software, substation virtual field system, substation monitoring simulation system, substation all-condition simulation software, anti-misoperation locking system, and work teacher system software. This system adopts pure software simulation mode. All the first and second devices are displayed on the computer screen. The device is operated with the mouse. The inspection of the primary device is completed by multimedia technology. The operation management system supported by the interactive distributed simulation software supporting platform is integrated with the database management system to form the entire training simulation system. First, use Microsoft's Windows XP on the operating system. Using Windows XP's network support capabilities, mutual operations of distributed nodes and integrated coordination of various subsystems can be realized. Secondly, on the software development platform, the development software uses VC++ 6.0 and adopts object-oriented programming technology to develop model, control, communication and database programs. Then the system database and information exchange, the system uses a self-developed distributed database, management system, real-time data and historical data. In order to ensure the speed, stability and reliability of real-time data communication, the system uses a 100M Ethernet to construct the underlying network to provide high-speed data flow. 3.4 The main functions of the simulation system First of all, the system provides appearance and function simulations for the protection screens of main equipment such as lines, main transformers, busbars, capacitors, and so on, and provides functional simulation of DC screens, and provides functional simulation for on-site primary equipment. In addition, the system can provide image display to the on-site primary equipment. Normal distribution of power flow, change of operation mode, instrumentation, signal display and failure, and protection actions are the same as the actual ones, so that the trained personnel feel and actual control room in the simulation control room. the same. Then the system can provide common and possible accidents and abnormal set-up abilities and a combination of various accidents and anomalies (users to provide a list of settings); then, in the coach station design, its function can be summarized as Multi-purpose, multi-purpose training and control center. Based on the hardware and software configuration of the coach's desk, it becomes the most important man-machine interface for the simulation system operation. It has a friendly interface. The tasks that the coaches can accomplish are:
