Disk array card

A disk array (Disk Array) is a hard disk controller that controls the interconnection of multiple hard disks, synchronizes read and write of multiple hard disks, reduces errors, and increases efficiency and reliability. The disk array card is a hardware product that implements this technology. The disk array card has a dedicated processor and also has a dedicated memory for caching data. Using Disk Array Cards Server-to-disk operations are handled directly through the array card, so a large amount of CPU and system memory resources are not required and the performance of the disk subsystem is not reduced. Array card dedicated processing unit to operate, its performance is much higher than conventional non-array hard drives, and more secure and stable.
