II. Overview and scope of tender

1. Project Overview: This project consists of: a. Environmental impact assessment of the solid waste treatment project of the No.2 Oil Production Plant in 2016; b. Environmental protection monitoring and acceptance evaluation of the Wunan Oilfield Gathering and Transferring System Project (oil production and gas recovery and utilization project of No.2 Oilfield); c , Zhaha Springs exploration and development integration construction project environmental protection monitoring acceptance evaluation. According to the "three simultaneous" work requirements of the construction project, the environmental impact assessment and protection monitoring and acceptance of the above three projects were carried out. 2. Service Location: Qinghai Yingya Huatugou Oil Production Plant 2. Service period: one year from the date of signing the contract.

1. Evaluate the environmental impact of the Solid Waste Treatment Project of the No. 2 Plant of No. 2 Oil Recovery Plant and obtain the approval of the Environmental Protection Bureau of Haixi Prefecture; 2. Conduct environmental protection monitoring on the Wunan Oilfield Gathering and Transferring System Project (the natural gas venting control and utilization project of the No.2 Oilfield). Acceptance evaluation, and obtained the approval of the Environmental Protection Bureau of Haixi Prefecture; 3. The environmental protection monitoring and acceptance evaluation of the integrated construction project of Zhaha Springs exploration and development, and obtained the approval of the Environmental Protection Bureau of Haixi Prefecture. III. Bidder qualification requirements

1. The Commonwealth does not accept bids from the Consortium; 2. Has an independent legal personality and obtains a business license in accordance with the law; the business license is in the validity period; a power of attorney with a legal representative certificate or a legal representative's certificate and his/her identity card. 3. Having professional qualifications for effective environmental impact assessment and environmental monitoring and acceptance assessment agencies (environmental monitoring and acceptance evaluation must include excavation qualifications). 4. At least one of the performance certificates of similar projects undertaken in the past 3 years.
