I. Project Description:

Third, the bidder's qualification requirements:

Qualification level of the bidder: The bidder must have a Grade A and Grade A design qualification certificate for comprehensive survey, and have the stage survey and design performance of the wind farm project with a scale of 150 MW and above that has been put into production by two or more independent wind turbines within the last five years. Personnel, equipment, funds, etc., have corresponding survey and design capabilities. The proposed project manager must have a phased survey and design performance of wind power project construction drawings with a production scale of 150 MW or more and an independent commitment of 2 or more in the past 5 years. Passed ISO9001: 2000 quality management system certification, ISO14001: 2004 environmental management system certification, occupational health and safety management system certification or (OSHMS) occupational safety and health management system certification.
