1. The "Regulations on Energy Conservation in Shaanxi Province" came into force on December 1, 2006. 3, Shaanxi Provincial Department of Construction has listed ground source heat pump as a key promotion project in 2008, and is being demonstrated. The Implementation Plan for Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction in the Construction Sector of Shaanxi Province was issued by Shaanxi Jianfa [2007] No. 165. It pointed out that the application of renewable energy should be promoted, and research, development and construction of renewable energy and building integration should be promoted.
